We build software we would want to use ourselves.
Dretza is an independent software company founded by Mathieu Isabel. We design and ship focused products for specific teams and workflows, instead of one platform trying to be everything to everyone.
Every Dretza product starts from the same question: what would make this genuinely easier for the person doing the work, day after day? That question has led us into very different domains — value stream management for product and engineering organizations, day-to-day operations for schools and clubs, literacy learning for people with learning challenges, and composable AI APIs for developers — but the underlying approach stays the same.
We favor products that fit into the tools people already use rather than ones that demand a full migration. Stream Central sits above the execution stack teams already have. Dretza Horizon replaces spreadsheets and scattered messages for schools, studios, and sports clubs. Learning Ramp gives educators and families a shared path for literacy practice at school and at home. The Dretza APIs give developers building blocks they can adopt one at a time.
We are a small team, which means every product gets direct attention rather than being lost in a portfolio. If something is not working well for the people using it, we hear about it quickly — and we fix it.

Focused over broad
We would rather build one thing well for a specific audience than a generic tool for everyone.
Layer, don't replace
Our products are designed to complement the tools teams already depend on, not force a rip-and-replace.
Direct feedback loops
A small team means feedback reaches the people building the product quickly — and shows up in the next release.
